Call or stop by the Leasing Office, or submit your request through your online resident portal via the web or your mobile app. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call the Leasing Office and select the option to leave a voicemail for the on-call maintenance technician.
The Residences at Richmond Trust offers a variety of convenient options to pay your rent. You may pay online in your resident portal via the web or mobile app. You can even set up auto-pay! Checks and money orders are also accepted in the Leasing Office. We are not permitted to accept cash.
To reserve your new home at The Residences at Richmond Trust in downtown Richmond, you may conveniently apply either online or in-person at the Leasing Office. Availability is updated daily on our floor plans page. Browse available apartment homes and click 'Apply Now' to reserve your preferred apartment home. Once your application is submitted, our Leasing Team will contact you.
